If you are called in to talk to your supervisor, and you think you may be disciplined, you have a right to have union representation with you. Contact your unit's steward and have them join you and your supervisor.

REMEMBER:

• Read your contract
• Know your rights, and your responisibilities
• Take a representative with you if you are called in for an investigatory meeting regarding possible discipline.
• Your Supervisor/Manager should invesitgate any matter(s) resulting in discipline PRIOR to giving you discipline

    If you are called in to receive discipline: sign the paper acknowledging receipt of the discipline. You are advised to NOT discuss anything at this time: if they ask if you have any questions, you should answer "no, thank you" or "not at this time".
